Swing Jewels , or the relevant owner, reserves all rights (including copyrights, domain names, trademarks, patents and any other intellectual property rights) in relation to all information provided on or via this website (including all texts, photographs, images and logos). You may not copy or reproduce all or part of this website (including printing on paper) except for placing an order with Swing Jewels or to use this website as a promotional tool. Except for the aforementioned purposes, the materials and information available on this website may not be used – in particular not reproduced, resold, modified or published – without the prior express written consent of Swing Jewels .
2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, purchases and deliveries of Swing Jewels products via the website. These general terms and conditions are accessible to everyone via danishdesign.com.
In the event of a discrepancy between language versions, the Dutch version shall prevail.
By ordering Swing Jewels products via the website, the buyer agrees to these general terms and conditions.
Swing Jewels has the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and without prior notice.
3. Offer
If an offer is subject to a limited period of validity or is made under conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer. Our offers contain a complete and accurate description of the products offered.
Swing Jewels is not bound by obvious errors or mistakes in our offers.
Each offer contains information that makes it clear to the buyer what rights and obligations are associated with accepting the offer.
4. Product
Swing Jewels has the right to adjust prices, charge additional costs and change product information, such as product photos and offers without prior notice. The product images and informative texts that are available reflect the product as much as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may be displayed on the page and cannot guarantee that all photos accurately reflect the true appearance of the watch. The images may differ depending on the color settings in your computer. All photos should be seen as illustrations only and do not guarantee correct representation and properties.
5. Contract
An agreement is concluded between the buyer and Swing Jewels at the moment the buyer accepts an offer from Swing Jewels and all conditions for accepting this offer have been met.
Swing Jewels will immediately confirm receipt of acceptance of electronically accepted offers to the e-mail address provided by the buyer once accepted. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct e-mail address during the ordering process. The buyer may terminate the agreement as long as the acceptance has not been confirmed by Swing Jewels to the e-mail address provided by the buyer.
Swing Jewels may obtain information – within legal frameworks – about the buyer’s ability to meet his/her payment obligations, as well as about facts and factors that are important for the responsible conclusion of the contract. If that investigation gives Swing Jewels the right grounds to conclude the agreement, it has the right, supported by reasons, to reject an order or request or to bind its execution to special conditions.
Swing Jewels will send the buyer the following information at the latest upon delivery of a product, in writing or in such a way that it can be stored on an accessible durable data carrier:
the address of Swing Jewels where the buyer can submit complaints;
the conditions under which the buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal and the method to do so;
information about warranty and repairs;
the price, including all taxes on the product;
the method of delivery; and
and the model withdrawal form.
6. VAT
All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT, in accordance with applicable law. In the event that an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, VAT will be removed at checkout. Please note that in the event of an order being shipped to an address outside the EU, the buyer may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the shipment reaches the specified delivery address. The buyer is responsible for payment of these import duties and taxes. Please note that Swing Jewels has no control over these duties and, as these duties vary from country to country, Swing Jewels cannot predict their amount. Swing Jewels advises the buyer to contact the local customs office for more information.

The buyer is bound by the terms and conditions of the payment provider of his choice with regard to the payment. Swing Jewels has no control over these general terms and conditions and cannot be held liable for their content.
Promo codes must be entered during checkout to be valid. Any attempt to add a promo code after purchase will not be honored.
8. Delivery
Swing Jewels ships to selected countries. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services and their partners. Please refer to our Shipping Policy .
9. Returns Policy
You have the right to return all products purchased directly from DanishDesign.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
