Warranty Policy

Swing Jewels offers a 2-year warranty on all products, valid from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and defects that occur under normal conditions of use of the jewelry.

The warranty is void if repairs or modifications have been carried out by a third party without prior written permission from Swing Jewels.

What is covered under warranty?

Manufacturing Defects: This includes defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use of the product.

Defects: Problems that arise from errors in manufacturing, such as mechanical problems, breakage, or loosening of parts.

What is not covered by the warranty?

• Normal wear and tear and aging of the product.
• Damage resulting from improper use, neglect, accidents or modifications to the product.
• Intentional damage
• Loss or theft of the product.
• Discoloration of materials due to exposure to chemicals, cosmetics or other influences.

How do you claim warranty?

To claim warranty, when the jewelry was purchased on swing-jewels.com, you can return the jewelry with the packing slip or invoice and the warranty certificate to swing-jewels.com or go to an official Swing Jewels dealer. These can be found on the website under store locator. If a complaint or defect falls within the warranty, it will be fixed by Swing Jewels. If it does not fall within the warranty, Swing Jewels will contact you. If you are unsure whether the defect falls under the warranty conditions, you can contact the Swing Jewels customer service via info@swing-jewels.com

Please provide proof of purchase or order number along with a detailed description of the problem and photos if possible.

Swing Jewels will evaluate the product and, if applicable, repair or replace it in accordance with the terms of this warranty policy.

Postage costs

Any shipping costs associated with warranty claims will be borne by the buyer.

Exceptions

If the product is no longer available or cannot be repaired, Swing Jewels may offer a comparable product as a replacement.
