Return Policy

At Swing Jewels we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product(s), we offer a returns policy to make the process as smooth as possible.

Return period

You have the right to return any product purchased directly from Swing Jewels within 14 days of receiving the item. To return a product, you must fill out the returns form and send it to us together with the return package via email .

Returns conditions

The product must be unused and in its original packaging, including labels and protective stickers.

The product must still be in the same new condition as when you received it.

Return procedure

Products purchased directly from the Swing Jewels website must be returned to our warehouse for processing and a full refund. Products cannot be returned to a local store.

Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Swing Jewels is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transportation.

Refund

Swing Jewels will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund amount will be credited to the account you used for the original order.
